Julian Cobb, aka Hellfish, is a true originator, a pioneering legend whose place in history is firmly cemented. He has spearheaded the UK hardcore techno scene since the early 90’s and alongside The DJ Producer, created their unique sound by fusing B-Boy breaks and punishing kick drums that continues to entertain crowds the world over, 20 years after its conception.

Aside from releases on classic labels like Rebelscum, Planet Mu, Pacemaker, Psychik Genocide, Audiogenic and The Third Movement, it is the 100+ releases on his own imprint, Deathchant that he will surely be remembered for. A label that is universally loved by all fans and producers of heavy electronic music and like its creator, deserves its place in the history books.
